Ms. Craft is responsible for portfolio management, which includes the verification of current property and liability insurance, status of real estate taxes, interest posting, payoff requests, and the preparation of borrower statements. She is also responsible for post-closing issues including title policy review, ongoing maintenance of due diligence, asset management and loan binders, and organization and maintenance of on-line data sites. Ms. Craft’s experience includes over 30 years in the legal, title and real estate management fields.
