Ms. Schoeneman is a Senior Loan Analyst in the Asset Management department. She is responsible for managing numerous assets, REOs, and other receivables. Her duties include cash flow projection, market research, financial analysis of borrowers and guarantors, loan workouts, and the negotiation of asset sales. She is responsible for making recommendations that will retain or increase the value of IMH assets.
