Ms. Finch directs all Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal control activities for IMH and its subsidiaries. Ms. Finch works closely with the CEO, the CFO, and all department heads to implement compliance best practices and design and monitor control standards. In her SOX compliance role she ensures completion of internal audit steps for the SOX 404 testing requirements. Ms. Finch has an MBA in Systems Theory of Corporate Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting. She has extensive experience in systems analysis and process improvement projects for public and private companies. Her experience includes several Corporate Accounting management positions at Fortune 500 companies including The Sherwin-Williams Company and Mary Kay Cosmetics Inc. Her prior experience also includes handling crisis management issues and helping companies restructure to eliminate errors, prevent fraud, improve audit results and return to profitability.
