Jim Abood holds the office of Corporate Secretary and is involved in many areas of the Company. Prior to joining IMH Financial Corporation, Mr. Abood was in private practice and also served as an adjunct law school professor and legal writing instructor. Mr. Abood received degrees from Michigan State University (B.A., 1987) and Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D., 1996). He is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, the State Bar of Michigan, and the American Bar Association.
